Partret was started by people who came up in EMS, on the truck and in the station. We build what we wished we had on the floor: one current picture, from the records an agency already keeps.

Dispatch, patient care, and staffing each held part of the truth, and none of them spoke. We watched those gaps from the floor. A department needs one broker for that data: coverage you can see, and the next call reaching the right crew in time to save a life.
