Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of partret.com and the Partret applications at onus.partret.com and vantage.partret.com. By accessing or using Partret, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Partret on behalf of an EMS agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Agency deployments are also governed by a separate order form or master agreement where applicable.

The service
Partret provides cloud software for EMS agencies, including operations analytics over dispatch, patient care, and staffing records, crew scheduling, and review workflows. Features available to your agency depend on your subscription and configuration.
Accounts
- Credentials: keep login credentials confidential. Notify your agency admin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Roles: Partret assigns capabilities by role (provider, QA reviewer, admin). Do not attempt to exceed your assigned permissions.
- Agency control: your organization may deactivate accounts and set retention policies through Console and agency settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Partret for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable EMS, HIPAA, or state regulations
- Attempt to access another agency's data or bypass security controls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service except as permitted by law
- Upload malware or interfere with the integrity of the platform
PHI & HIPAA
When your agency uses Partret to store patient care information, Partret processes PHI as a Business Associate. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) must be in place before production use.
Your agency is the Covered Entity and remains responsible for workforce training, minimum-necessary access, and the clinical accuracy of their records. See our Privacy Policy for how we protect information.
Availability
We work to keep Partret available and performant, but the service is provided on an as-available basis unless your agency agreement specifies otherwise. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may cause intermittent downtime.
Offline editing queues field changes locally; sync conflicts require manual resolution when connectivity returns.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Partret is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by your agency for Partret in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if no fees apply.
Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
